Script Doctor Eric’s First Contest

2010 March 3
by Kim Nunley

Script Doctor Eric, known for his thorough and timely script notes, has decided to start his own feature-length screenwriting contest.  You’re not going to get the same attention as if you take home Nicholl’s, but there are some benefits to entering this contest.

* The contest is limited to 100 entries… first come, first serve.

* It’s $35 to enter, $50 if you want a single page of notes.

* He personally is going to read all entries.

*Winner takes home $200, plus consideration from a WGA agent, and free script consultation with Doctor Eric.  Second place gets $100, plus the agent consideration and script consultation.  Third place gets no cash, but will receive both the consultation and agent consideration.

He’s accepting entries starting today.  Once a hundred people enter, he’ll close it.  It looks pretty sweet and I’m hoping to get something in for it.
