Working more vs working better
2010 June 10
I’m going to be brief because I have a busy day today, but I read this great blog post on Seth Godin’s site this morning and it somewhat correlates with my post yesterday about being more productive when under pressure.
Seth discusses the differences in productivity with putting more work in than others versus having more quality work hours.
I’m usually a work 10-12 hours a day type person, but I actually do my best quality work when I’m limited in time and subsequently force myself to focus.
Read Seth’s blog post here. You might want to add his blog to your bookmarks. Also, I personally recommend his book, Linchpin, which discusses how to make yourself indispensable.
