Thankful Friday 6.22.12
Oh hi. I’m actually writing this late Thursday night because my freelance work load is filled to the brim tomorrow. Yay for work!
It’s been a long, but overall positive week. I have the following to be thankful for:
+ Our generous neighbors surprised us with beans freshly picked from their garden. They were tasty.
+ Although my freelance and screenwriting load is incredibly heavy at the moment, I feel as though I’m remaining organized and staying on top of things. My work flow is kicking.
+ Caught a couple of movies in the theater this week, including SOMETHING FROM NOTHING: THE ART OF RAP and ROCK OF AGES. I’ll go see anything where Catherine Zeta Jones is singing and dancing.
+ I got my application in for a significant screenwriting grant. Cross your fingers.
+ Overall, I’ve received positive feedback on my short, TUESDAY SUNRISE, that was published recently at Kid in the Front Row.
This weekend I get to hang out with my wife and a couple of friends. There will be a little bit of work sprinkled in there somewhere as well. Hope you all have a great weekend.
